Delivery in 3–7 business days after fulfilment. We are a UK based store and ship to the UK only.

REFUSED DELIVERY

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

RUSH DELIVERY

Please contact grimmlivingshop@gmail.com for options. We do our best to keep all items in stock but certain items do sell out and may not be available for rush delivery. Items ineligible for rush delivery or expedited shipping include items labeled 'Pre-Order', and 'Pre-Sale'.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package: Contact your courier directly to confirm delivery (e.g., porch drop-off, locker, or neighbour). We’re not liable for "delivered" packages lost after carrier confirmation.
